Joan Mehn
President and Chief Executive Officer

Joan has extensive leadership experience in the health care and technology sectors, building and growing successful organizations. Prior to joining HealthCast, she advised health care start-ups, was Senior Vice President of Bridge Medical (a software company acquired by Cerner Corp.), managed McKinsey’s health care provider and payor practice, and was a clinician and senior executive at the Childrens Hospital of Los Angeles. Joan holds degrees from the University of California at Berkeley, Columbia University, and the California State University system.

Ray Madril
Vice President, Engineering


Ray joined HealthCast in 1996, following nine years at Micron Technology in positions ranging from Production Management to lead Applications Programmer, developing a number of key production software systems. Ray is a key architect of many of the core HealthCast technologies, frequently partnering with our clients to create innovative solutions to healthcare IT challenges and problems.

Lori Kelly
Vice President, Professional Services


Lori joined HealthCast in 1999. Initially focused on Project Management, Lori has been leading Professional Services at HealthCast, including Project and Account Managers, the Support Services team, and the Application Integration Wrapper team since 2006. Prior to joining HealthCast, she managed Client Services and International Business at Hydroblend, Int’l.  Lori holds an International Business degree from Boise State University.

Christine Kovash
Vice President, Business Operations


Christi joined HealthCast in 1996. She leads HealthCast business operations and manages shareholder and employee relations. Prior to joining HealthCast, she was President of Resource Management Services, Inc., a business consulting firm.  Previously,Christi managed HR and employee development for the largest division of MK Rail Corporation (1400+ employees in the U.S. and Mexico), where she was also part of the team that structured acquisitions and post-merger operations.
